o This position is responsible for issuing, documenting and tracking Financial areas:

Accounts Payable Enter received invoices Vendor records Run checks 2.
Accounts Receivable Applying payments Bank deposit recording Bank run Credit applications Maintain customer records Customer statements/collections 3.
Payroll Processing Direct deposit and or check processing Tax payments Time by job Absence report Commissions & Medical excise tax 4.
Month-end reporting 5.
Receptionist duties Answer phones Faxes Open and disperse mail 6.
Back-up for Shipping/Invoicing and Order Entry as needed 7.
Back-up to other staff when needed 8.
Monitoring and ordering office supplies.
9.
Maintains related manuals for above duties.
10.
Other duties as assigned by Office Manager and President.
Hours:

30am-5pm for Full Time / Part Time is Lenient Job Types:
