Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail oriented Landscape Designer Assistant / Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Our hopes is to find someone who will be able to handle office administrative task as well as having a passion for creating landscapes.
You we do not have to be a proficient designer as we can train you along the way.
Duties:
Office administrative task -light book keeping, scheduling projects and client meetings.
Communicate with customers and crews.
Assist with company sales and designing.
Submit permits on projects.
Skills:
To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:
Good computer skills and the ability to learn new programs Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Knowledge of plants, landscapes, hardscapes, water features and drainage is a plus.
Experience with computer design programs is a plus but not required.
Creativity and an eye for detail in designing outdoor spaces.
